If your washing machine is full of water the water needs to be drained we’ll help you to do this. If the washing machine is dead/indicator lights with the machine full of water it could be as simple as a blown fuse. If you replace the fuse in the plug the washing machine should then pump the water out itself.
If the washing machine seems to be working normally but simply won’t drain the water then the possible causes are:
(a) A blockage in the washing machine – Blockages are more likely. Normally it’s pump filter or the sump hose is blocked.
(b) Pump failure – Replace the drain pump from our massive selection. The washing machine should then pump the water out itself.
